Our gray tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is wild-caught from natural reservoirs in Panama, where it grows without specialized feeding. The fish is eviscerated, cleaned, and frozen to lock in freshness. Known for its elongated body and naturally fresh flavor, it’s perfect for a variety of dishes. Available frozen, with a net weight starting from 500 g.
